User friendly handling
The waste/laundry inlets are the installations interface to the user. Logiwaste highly emphasizes providing the user an easy, hygienic and efficient means to dispose of waste or laundry bags.
Always available and ready
An inlet to a collection system is always available and ready to take in waste, all day and all year. The collection system inlet is never over-full since the waste is temporarily staged under ground to then be transported by vacuum to a container in the terminal when the staging space fills or at set intervals.
Clean and hygienic
A Logiwaste inlet is made of stainless steel so it is easy to keep clean and hygienic, and has a longer lifespan.
Stores larger volumes before being emptied
The Logiwaste solution with intermediate storage in bends enables having larger volumes which reduces energy use with fewer emptying cycles. This solution also eliminates the need for concrete bunkers to house the valves.
Safe use with individually assigned access
Hygiene and safety is further enhanced with the combination of RFID tags and hands-free opening/closing. The availability and access to the inlet can be set for individuals, which is useful in residential and health care environments.
A good work environment for users
Inlet hatches placed low for easy access in hospitals and care environments reduce the need for heavy lifting, improving users’ work environment. The visible parts to the inlets require less space compared to storing waste in bins or containers of different types.

Inlet system
The waste/laundry inlets are the installation’s interface with the user, and is always available and ready to take in material at all times of the day. Logiwaste highly emphasizes providing the user with an easy, hygienic and efficient means to dispose of waste or laundry bags.
Pipe system
The pipe system ties the inlets and the valve spaces together to the terminal. The Logiwaste pipeline system is designed to minimize both wear on the waste bags and wear on the piping in the system. This makes for a longer lifespan and more reliable system operation, from inlet to terminal.
Terminals
Containers for the sorted fractions are located in the terminal, which also has technical equipment necessary for a reliable operation. Logiwaste designs customized terminals for small, flexible modules or up to large and advanced.
Control system
The Logiwaste control system is specially developed for automatic collection of waste and laundry (AWCS). The system ensures that the installation is available all day and all year, while it optimizes operation and energy consumption.
