Designed to minimize wear
The pipeline system ties the inlets and valve spaces together to the terminal. The Logiwaste pipeline system is designed to minimize both wear on the waste bags and wear on the piping in the system. Logiwaste can deliver piping with the same inner diameter regardless of the piping thickness. By minimizing inside edge offset in the piping reduces stress. This makes for a longer lifespan and more reliable system operation, from inlet to terminal.
More than one fraction in the same pipe network
Several waste fractions can be transported through the same system, using either a fraction switch or by having separate inlets for each fraction each with separate staging spaces and storage valves, but which lead to a single pipeline network.
Customized to type of use
The transport piping is made of various quality carbon steel or stainless steel – depending on the type of use. Piping dimensions and properties are customize to match the type of use and circumstances.
Strict functional requirements
Load analysis and material strength calculations ensure that the pipeline system meets set requirements for lifespan.
Thickness and surface treatment
Thickness and surface treatment varies depending on a range of factors. This includes location of the pipeline system in or outdoors, the material to be transported, the pipeline system lifespan, and the volume of waste or laundry.

Inlet system
The waste/laundry inlets are the installation’s interface with the user, and is always available and ready to take in material at all times of the day. Logiwaste highly emphasizes providing the user with an easy, hygienic and efficient means to dispose of waste or laundry bags.
Pipe system
The pipe system ties the inlets and the valve spaces together to the terminal. The Logiwaste pipeline system is designed to minimize both wear on the waste bags and wear on the piping in the system. This makes for a longer lifespan and more reliable system operation, from inlet to terminal.
Terminals
Containers for the sorted fractions are located in the terminal, which also has technical equipment necessary for a reliable operation. Logiwaste designs customized terminals for small, flexible modules or up to large and advanced.
Control system
The Logiwaste control system is specially developed for automatic collection of waste and laundry (AWCS). The system ensures that the installation is available all day and all year, while it optimizes operation and energy consumption.
